Bonnie Orr
Bonnie
Orr has written twenty-one screenplays, two teleplays, and a TV series
pilot. She completed the graduate level screenwriting program at UCLA
in 1998. Her agent, Mickey Freiberg, is currently representing her on
several projects and has optioned her script “Earth on Fire”
to Lone Tree Productions in Malibu.
Bonnie teaches screenwriting classes for Austin Community College and the Writers’ League of Texas. She is a senior staff writer for ScreenTalk magazine, an international magazine on screenwriting that is distributed in 55 countries. She does script doctoring work from her website http://www.scriptmuse.com.
She has been a reader and continues to read for several production companies in LA. Bonnie has a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
