Ben Rehder

Ben Rehder's first novel, Buck Fever, was nominated for the Edgar, Barry, and Lefty awards, and was named one of the best books of 2002 by both Publishers Weekly and Library Journal. His second novel, Bone Dry, continues with the adventures of Blanco County Game Warden John Marlin in what Kirkus Reviews calls "a winning sequel" and Field & Stream calls one of "the most worthwhile books of 2003." The third book in the series, Flat Crazy, will be published in the fall of 2004. Rehder is a lifelong Austinite and has been married for eleven years to his wife Becky.
